Ready-Made Items:

• We offer 14-day exchanges for change of mind.
• Item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• No refunds, unless required by law.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces:

• No refunds or exchanges.
• Once a deposit is paid and design is confirmed, no changes can be made.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where required.
