Ready-Made Items:
- We offer 14-day exchanges for change of mind.
- Item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- No refunds, unless required by law.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces:
- No refunds or exchanges.
- Once a deposit is paid and design is confirmed, no changes can be made.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where required.
