This website is operated by Mbassy Venture Group Pty Ltd (ABN TBD) trading as Carat Cake Jewellery. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Carat Cake Jewellery. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Payments

Custom Orders

All custom and made-to-order jewellery is final sale. Once a deposit has been paid and order details are confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please ensure all specifications are correct before approval.

Payment Methods

We accept major debit/credit cards and Zip Money.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Policy (Ready-Made Items Only)

You may return ready-made pieces for exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

No refunds will be issued unless required by law.

No Returns on Custom Pieces

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally via DHL Express, fully tracked and insured.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided and marked as delivered by DHL, Carat Cake is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

4. Warranty & Repairs

12-Month Warranty

All Carat Cake pieces come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Lifetime Repairs

We proudly offer lifetime repair services on all Carat Cake Jewellery. Fees may apply depending on the type of repair required.

5. Content & Social Media

We love seeing you shine ✨

By tagging us or submitting photos of your Carat Cake jewellery, you grant us permission to repost and share your content on our website and social platforms. Credit will always be given where possible.

6. General Terms

Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify our terms, pricing, or policies at any time.
By using this site, you confirm that any personal information you provide is accurate and up to date.
